Our chutneys are all hand made in small stove top batches. They are made with real fruit and spices, which are deilcately simmered together until the flavors have permeated through the mixture and the right consistency is obtained. They are then placed in the jars and processed in a boiling water bath. The processing is done the same way that my mother and grandmother processed tomatoes and other garden vegitables to be used through out the year.

These are made in our licensed residential kitchen located in the upper valley of the Merrimack River in Bow, New Hampshire.

Our ingredients are all natural and we do not use salt, artificial preservatives, corn syrup, stabliizers, MSG, dyes, or chemicals. Our chutney is gluten and nut free
